Experience a menu full of innovation and unwavering quality excuted by LAVO's dedicated Chef and culinary team of experts. Hailing from San Severino Marche in Italy, Chef Stefano has over 24 years of experience in the culinary world. Previous to becoming Executive Chef for LAVO, brought to you by Tao Group Hospitality, Chef Stefano has worked at venues such as Santini, Cecconi’s Mayfair, Shoreditch House, and ME London Hotel. 

The restaurant spans two floors with the upper level featuring a skylit dining area with a sleek bar and a fire-side terrace, while the lower level offers a cosy and intimate setting, beautifully decorated with lush greenery and stylish art.

As the perfect weekend destination, LAVO brings you their Weekend Brunch, available from 12pm – 5pm. With a welcome cocktail, unlimited antipasti, a choice of one a-la-carte dish and an endless selection of indulgent Italian sweets, there is no better place to celebrate, catch-up or just simply enjoy a taste of luxury.

The menu offers a wide selection of exquisite dishes including classic Brunch favourites like avocado toast or a more luxurious take with truffle eggs generously topped with pecorino Romano and black truffle.

Indulge in something heartier and enjoy penne Alla vodka, chicken parmigiana or LOVA’s signature dish 'Silk Handkerchiefs' - wild boar white bolognese with parmigiano Reggiano and black truffle. For a supplement of £28, you can dig into a 500g bone-in prime ribeye.

Classic cocktails include an espresso martini or bloody mary or be more adventurous and sip on a pineapple Tommy's with Patrón Silver tequila, grapefruit bitters and pineapple mint or a Picante made with Acqua di Cedro, agave, chilli, lime, coriander and a hint of basil.
