Introducing The Lanesborough Grill
Executive Chef Shay Cooper is one of England’s most talented chefs, with Michelin stars and AA rosettes under his belt from Hotel Endsleigh, The Bingham in Richmond and The Goring Hotel.
Shay brings his passion for modern and innovative British cookery to The Lanesborough, with a focus on seasonal produce from around the country.
The Lanesborough Grill is located in the richly decorated dining room, naturally illuminated during the day by a domed glass roof while seductively aglow under softly lit chandeliers in the evening, making the perfect new home for this talented chef.
Enjoy roast sirloin of Hereford beef, served with horseradish and apple cream, Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes. The Sunday Lunch menu also includes Sutton Hoo chicken, with black garlic, cauliflower cheese purée and Beef Wellington served with salt baked carrots and red wine sauce.
