Saturday evening carvery! The food was great, the lamb had just come from the oven and was very nicely pink, the beef was tasty too. Everything was fresh, the veg could use some seasoning whilst cooking, but it was still very good. The honeycomb dream crunch was delicious as usual and our server, James, was excellent - professional, friendly and attentive, he checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Because of the time we went, and also as the FA cup final was still on, the restaurant was quite quiet, so the atmosphere was a little more subdued than usual.

We we're looked after by James who as a front off house team member was brilliant. He looked after us and was polite and helpful throughout our visit. We had the Carvery which was really really nice, the Lamb and Beef in particular. A great place to eat with great food and great staff

Enjoyed the carvery here. Have been several times and of those in the area this is one of the better. There are a lot of tables though so not much room or space for any real atmosphere but if u just go for a good feed it will suit your needs. There is a small.carpark at the rear and 2 wheelchair access spaces but it is a busy area so if the carpark is full u will struggle. Also make a note of your car registration, u need to add to computer when u enter.
