Taking the ‘you don’t need to drink to have fun’ to a whole new level, The Brink is Liverpool’s one and only dry bar, catering to a guilt-free, sociable clientele and serving up more delicious mocktails and Brunch dishes than many of their boozy contemporaries.

They rely on locally sourced and lovingly produced food and are heavily invested in boosting Liverpool’s flourishing creative scene, regularly working with artists, musicians and performers to put on bespoke events.

Grab a hearty Full English (or Full Veggie) or a BLT breakfast sandwich for a traditional brekkie or get a halloumi and falafel burger served with house slaw and hummus on a brioche bun for something a little more outside the box. Both menus are seasonal and run alongside a daily specials menu, meaning there's no menu samples on offer.
