Sourdough and poached Burford Browns are an enduring staple on the menu at Franks, which changes weekly. The chef likes to experiment with flavours, creating classic but creative dishes with locally sourced ingredients.
Dishes such as the poached eggs with braised peas, mint, lemon ricotta, smoked pork lardons & baby gem on sourdough, topped with parmesan and dried chilli flakes are a feast of flavours, whilst a potato & smoked haddock Keralan curry with perfect poached eggs, curry oil, flatbread & shallots is an interesting variation on Brunch.
