East Avenue Bakehouse have a DIY approach to their menu – they bake their own bread, import exotic wine and rely on seasonal, fresh produce for a truly independent way of doing things.

Be sure to try their vegetarian ultimate – toasted trench bread with plum tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and vegetarian black pudding or try classic brunch dishes like ‘Bakehouse Benny’ or avo toast.

On Sundays their delicious Roasts are made using only the finest, responsibly-sourced produce, yet are great value for money at just £18.95 for three courses. And the last sunday of every month, is their Slow Food Sunday, where the kitchen creates a six course blind taster menu and our sommelier carefully selects wines to pair with each course.
