Bill's Restaurant & Bar Westfield White City

Absolutely brilliant service from Dave! Despite the restaurant being really busy, he stayed calm, upbeat, and incredibly professional throughout. Young, friendly, and full of enthusiasm, Dave was clearly juggling a lot but never once let it show. He handled everything with a smile and showed maturity and composure well beyond his years. A real credit to the team — we’d happily be served by him again!

I usually love Bill’s- I’ve visited the Kingston, Richmond, and Victoria locations many times for breakfast and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my visit to Bill’s Westfield White City on Thursday was disappointing. The food (Eggs Florentine and pancakes) was fine, but the table was dirty- my friend had to clean it herself with wet wipes, which came away black. That shouldn’t happen, especially in a place that welcomes families. The biggest issue was the service. Two different waitresses served us, both without a smile or basic engagement. Teacups were placed on the table carelessly, without a word. I also work with customers and even on bad days, I follow one simple rule: treat customers how you’d like to be treated. Sadly, that mindset seemed to be missing here. The one bright spot was Sara who smiled and was friendly when I asked for the bill. She genuinely saved the experience and showed how far just a bit of warmth and professionalism can go. The rest of the team should take her as an example. The restaurant itself looks nice, but good service is just as important. I hope the team can improve. Fingers crossed 🤞

Quick service, very comfortable chairs after walking all day. Kids eat free today too, so a very cheap dinner. Food portion sizes perfect (although a little too much for me) Clem was our waiter who was very polite, friendly and just natural at customer service. Thank you :)
