The Secret Smokehouse selection

Sunday Roast
Create a magnificent Sunday Roast using succulent meat sourced from the best producers.
Choose a prime cut of Himalayan Salt-aged beef from the Glenarm Estate in Northern Ireland. Each piece is dry-aged for between 28 and 42 days in an authentic Himalayan salt chamber made from more than 1000 hand-cut bricks of salt, producing a sweet, tender and intensely marbled piece of beef. Serve with Fortnum's Horseradish Sauce.
