Up until 6th June, Manchester will be transformed into a trail of colourful floral displays, green installations and alfresco dining – the perfect way for Brunchers to enjoy the fantastic weather expected over this weekend.

Amongst the flowery cityscape, special displays will include touching tributes to our NHS heroes on St Ann’s Square and the Arndale will become home to a beautiful bee themed floral installation in honour of Manchester’s symbol of unity.

A busy day exploring the beautiful displays is bound to work up an appetite - and Brunchers can take a well deserved pitstop at one of Manchester’s delightful venues that offer alfresco dining.

We all know that Brunch is better when boozy and selected bars across Manchester are taking part in the Flower Show’s spectacular cocktail trail.

21 venues across the city have launched their own floral themed cocktails to pay tribute to the event. Bruncher favourites such as 20 Stories will be serving a special variation of the Margarita, which means Daisy in Spanish, and King Street Tavern will be participating with their own Slingsby Rhubarb Gin, featuring a special floral note of lavender.
