The contemporary restaurant headed up by celebrated Chef, David Mcintyre, is the first European venture of Wolfgang Puck’s famous CUT restaurant group (Puck is Barack Obama’s favourite chef, a solid person to take a recommendation from, if you ask us).

Californian native, David Mcintyre (pictured) has infused the Brunch menu with an American spirit

Available on Saturday from 12pm - 3pm and Sunday from 11am – 2:30pm, their new Brunch menu includes a decadent banquet of goods. Brunchers can feast on a whole host of delicious treats ranging from salt beef hash cake, a lobster Louis or some buttermilk pancakes if you want to truly embrace the wholesome American spirit.

undefinedThe steak is the main event at CUT so if you want to be extra decadent then you can indulge in the finest cuts with their USDA Prime Steak sandwich or Sirloin.

All this can be enjoyed in the most stylish of spaces, adorned with artwork from Damien Hirst and boasting incredible views of Hyde Park.
