One of Manchester’s hottest Brunch spots, Foundry Project have a huge Brunch menu fine-tuned to all cater to all tastes.

Billed as ‘the happiest place in Manchester’, the chilled-out ambience is felt on the moment of arrival, in large part thanks to the attentive staff and impeccable food.

There’s an industrial twist to the décor with repurposed corrugated walls and exposed beams. The interior fuses the best of natural materials – rough wood walls, lush greenery – and contemporary stylings, with burnt orange banquettes lining the walls and comfy leather sofas to park yourself for a good few hours of dining and relaxing.

Turkish Eggs are a delicious breakfast dish which come topped with poached free-range eggs, chilli & semi-dried tomato butter, Greek yogurt, grilled sourdough bread. A hefty portion of Brunch fries are a great side dish and come with crispy bacon, melted cheese, chorizo ketchup and a fried egg, though the house – and Instagram – favourite is the Hangover Pizza, an authentic hand-stretched treat topped with glazed bacon, onion jam and marinated buffalo mozzarella.

Bottomless Brunch at Foundry Project Manchester features a range of classic Breakfast and Brunch dishes including a Full English Breakfast, Pancake Stack, Chicken Caesar Salad and mcuh more! Enjoy any one dish accompanied with Prosecco, Bellinis, Aperol Spritz and a variety of spirits and pints!

Me and a friend came for bottomless brunch. 50 minutes in we hadn’t received our food or drinks, it was busy but obviously this was a little frustrating as brunch is on a timer. Spoke to a member of staff called Taemar.. she basically then gave us the best customer service I’ve ever received! Restarted the brunch timer and made sure we were looked after all night. Genuinely can’t say how lovely she was. Completely turned the night around! I would definitely go there again

I thought I'd take a few weeks after moving location for a regular event to post a review. Let's start with the undertone, something has changed in recent months, pretty sure it's new management and it's not been positive, perhaps the owner should get some 'secret shoppers' to witness it first hand. The food has always been a 3/5, a sort of know what you're getting but it's never going to be amazing, often running out of items or a lot of items being a bit dry. The pizzas are pretty banging and can make up for a lot, and the chilli covered fries, the chicken tenders however would be a hard pass. Drinks prices are acceptable, they're not offensive, and the drinks selection is fairly broad, but if I'm honest they're charging prime prices for northern quarter but they aren't really pulling in the crowds or vibe for that. So maybe work out how to bring people in 👍 Now the downside, the service from what I believe is the manager and their closest staff, some staff are amazing but there's a few really 'cannot be bothered' behaviour from the manager and some others. It's like they're doing you a favour. I did attend randomly from time to time but my regular attendance was on a Monday for a board games event and honestly you could tell the manager didn't like it, we used to walk up and order food and they were good with putting it down on the table number, no issue ever..... Until my last visit, just got a real bit attitude of "well go get a number" but in a really harsh rude tone/phrasing. The event has now withdrawn from the foundry project and gone elsewhere, and I'll not go back on my random trips anymore as I'd rather not give business with the way I and others were treated, sorry to the class acts that some of the staff were, I feel you're going to have a lay off soon. Given the board game event was Mondays dragging in a lot of people compared to the few other visitors on a Monday, I truly think they've shot themselves in the foot and will start wondering why profits have gone down. Honestly I think you just need to overhaul the new individuals that don't want to be there, it's just going to drag this venue downhill at a pace. Good luck to the cool bar staff, you know who you are 👍

Not the best experience in Manchester. As for the food - I had a full English breakfast, it was delicious and really filling, the girl had avocado toast, it was on regular bread and overall it tasted pretty weird. As for the serving - there are a few weird moments: the spoon they served the latte with was completely dirty (as if they mixed it up and brought it unwashed), there were two hairs in the food (one in the latte, the other in the egg with avocado toast), the table was really dirty and sticky (my plate was so stuck to the table that I couldn't move it lol). As for the staff - everyone was really nice and sweet, thank you for everything!
