One of Manchester’s most recent openings has gone down a storm with both locals and visitors – come try their Brunch and believe the hype.
The simple, clean yet homely décor gives a relaxing ambience to dining here – try to grab one of the stools by the open plan kitchen to watch the chefs whipping up some delicious grub.
Beastro boasts one of the country’s most immense Brunch menus, suitable for all tastes and diets. From ‘Full Beasts’, Eggs Benedict and a heaping breakfast wrap to smashed avocado and bacon bagels and buttermilk pancakes, you’ll find an early-morning favourite here. One of our favourites is the Brunch Kroll, a NY-style croissant pastry roll filed with bacon, sausage, hash brown and black pudding and smothered in cheese. Fancy something sweet? The bacon & banana eggy bread with vanilla caramel sauce is a decadent treat. Make your Brunch a boozy one with Breakfastini, a cocktail infused with Three Rivers Gin, tangy orange liquor, sours and marmalade or try a meat-lovers dream in the form of ‘Beasty Old Fashioned’, which includes Woodford Reserve, mysteriously-labelled ‘bacon essence’, bitters and vanilla.
Just across the River Irwell is Salford Rail Station, at about a five-minute walk away.
