Toby Carvery - Woodford Green

First visit and gluten free dietary need met through reassurance, knowledge, attention to detail and excellent customer service from the duty manager and our waitress Nancy. Thanks also to the chef who cooked everything separately for me (I rang ahead to let them know)which helped them provide me a perfect service. All this was delivered on a particularly busy evening. Well done to the whole team and thank you.

I recently popped into a Toby Carvery, during the £6 carvery week. I was pleasantly surprised with the service and food! Once we realised there was a promotion, I wasn’t expecting much more than the basic - but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and efficient, keeping queues moving and the carvery stations well-stocked. Even with the promotion, it never felt chaotic. Clean, cosy, and welcoming, the whole experience was far better than the price tag would suggest. It’s rare these days to get a hearty, satisfying meal for that price, and Toby absolutely delivered. Will definitely be returning - even when it’s not £6! Thank you Team 👏🏼🙂

Good Sunday Roast. We both had the large plate with all meats: turkey, gammon, roast pork and beef. The crackling was super crunchy (+salty) and sides were delicious too. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would be back again. All in all this was good value for money and we were stuffed!
