Had a lovely lunch, made a nice change from cooking a Sunday roast. Our waitress Denise was really lovely, friendly and helpful. Denise paid particular attention to my husband’s cheese allergy which we really appreciated. Food was really nice and tasty. Will definitely visit again.

Always cheap and cheerful at Toby Runwell but good has always been good! You know what you’re getting. We had a lovely waitress Denise who couldn’t have been more sweet and made our dinner a much more pleasurable experience so thank you :)

Had the best lunch. Mac and cheese pigs in blankets as a side dish to the carvery. I did not have a yorkshire pudding, though they looked good. Meats tender and good flavour. Wide variety of veg dishes and sauces, and the gravies were just right, neither too thick nor too thin. Had second helpings of my favourite veg and then a fruit crumble and custard. Very good value and kept me going for the rest of my long journey.
