Not to be confused with presidential palace, The White Haus has brought a snowy Alpine vibe to Farringdon, where a mouth-watering Breakfast and Brunch is sure to warm your cockles.
Spread out over three floors, they have lovingly recreated a rustic ski aesthetic, stopping just short of the snow-capped mountains themselves, with rough wooden hut walls, tartan upholstery and even retro cable cars along the balconies. There’s also a homely library room with a roaring fire and comfy sofas for you to have some quiet respite from the hustle and bustle outside.
Breakfast are kept simple and homely but with a refined European twist, such as the French-inspired ham hock and Emmental croque monsieur, a Bavarian-style Haus Breakfast and pretzel with and a French toast with crème fraiche and berry compote.
Join White Haus on a Saturday for their famed Bottomless Brunch, where you can enjoy 2 hours of Bottomless Munch for just £45. Unlimited options include teas, coffees and juices, boozy treats like prosecco and Bloody Mary’s and snacks like pretzels, toast, pastries and jam. Follow these with up to two Brunch canapes ranging from a rosti, halloumi & tomato stack to kedgeree risotto balls. Their signature dish, however, is the cheese fondue pot, a truly authentic ski lodge treat.
