Executive Head Chef Russell Ford has crafted a menu that uses the best of seasonal British produce and is centered around the brasserie's one-of-a-kind Josper grill, with many of the ingredients coming from local suppliers.
As luxurious as The Marylebone is, the brasserie approaches food with a laidback outlook, preferring comforting and inviting over stuffy fine-dining. All your favourite dishes are featured here and cooked to perfection. Daily breakfast plates include Eggs Benedict, nourishing bowls of porridge or superfood acai, freshly toasted banana bread with ricoatta and caramelised pecans and a hearty and traditional Full English.
Join them on a weekend to enjoy an indulgent Brunch, with dishes inluding stacked waffles topped with crispy-fried buttermilk chicken, an Indian-inspired smoked mackerel kedgeree and even a roast half chicken with duck fat roasties, glazed carrots, sage and onion gravy. Non-Brunch items are also available from 12pm - 5pm on weekends, so start with a Dorset crab on toast or smokehouse smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, followed by British classics like fish & chips or a pearl barley risotto.
