Came here for evening meal on a Friday night. We ordered one pizza, and one burger. To say the food was an uninspiring is an understatement. A serious lacking of flavour, and although the service was not bad, there really isn’t much good to say about this place. The staff seem to be crazily busy, even though there was actually not that many customers. Probably a nice place for drinks in the summer, but cannot recommend here for food. So when I get the bill, it turns out that the price of the beer on the bill, is not the same as the price on the menu. This is unbelievable. When I told the waiter, he said that it was not his problem. needless to say, I won’t be ever coming back here again.

Not a great experience I can’t recommend anyone to go here. The service was unorganised and chaotic which left you confused considering how many servers were working. Having lost our booking as a start but then constant slip ups during the meal with no real apology. The food was alright although even the chips were extremely over salted. Staff would just walk away mid conversation and the whole experience just left us feeling a little awkward. The bathrooms are also frankly disgusting with a sign reading ‘please wash your hands thoroughly’ it just seems like a joke

*UPDATE* Returned for Sunday lunch. Still a lovely atmosphere, but with a full restaurant the team seemed a bit pressed. The beef roast was a tad dry and you kind of needed additional gravy to make it work. Meatballs were lovely and soft with an extremely intense tomato sauce. *** Had a lovely lunch here with brilliant food and attentive service. The starters were chickpea hummus and burrata - the hummus was amazing, really smooth and creamy. We both had the fish & chips for mains and it looked outstanding - it was very oily, but super fresh and tasty. Service was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. The atmosphere (quiet when we arrived) quickly became busy and loud, but they kept up the pace. It’s a lovely bright spot with lots of light, perfect for a mid-week lunch - I believe it turns into a full bar at night. Prices reasonable, especially for the area.
