Karage chicken was yum and interesting as it was black and didn’t feel super fried but was still crispy, sushi roll and pork delicious and fun desserts. The crab leg was super expensive and not really worth the price as it was kind of plain in taste as well. Looks cool but I wouldn’t recommend ordering. Service was lovely and vibes very nice.

I strongly recommend the wagyu sando! It is beyond delicious. I didnt like the salmon aburi nigiri it was too dry, and i didnt like the lobster popcorn also. It was not bad but i wouldnt order it again. The bone marrow rice was really delicious also, a little heavy due to oil of bone marrow, but really delicious.

**★★★★★ An Exquisite Culinary Delight: The Wagyu Sandwich and Bone Marrow Fried Rice Steal the Show!** The Aubrey, a hidden gem under London’s Mandarin Oriental, delivered an unforgettable dining experience—thanks in large part to the **Wagyu Katsu Sando** and **Bone Marrow Fried Rice**, two dishes that are nothing short of culinary masterpieces! 🥪 **Wagyu Katsu Sando**: Crispy golden toast envelops a thick cut of A5 Wagyu, so tender it melts like butter, enhanced by a secret savory sauce. Every bite is pure luxury, showcasing Japanese cuisine’s obsession with perfection. Worth a special trip alone! 🍚 **Bone Marrow Fried Rice**: Fragrant fried rice topped with generous slabs of roasted bone marrow—stir it all together, and the rich, unctuous marrow coats every grain, balanced by crispy garlic and scallions. This dish flawlessly blends the rustic charm of an izakaya with haute cuisine finesse. Beyond these stars, the omakase cocktails and ukiyo-e-inspired decor elevate the experience. Impeccable service sealed the deal, with the sommelier expertly pairing our fried rice with premium sake. Yes, it’s pricey, but this level of indulgence is worth every penny. **Must-try highlights**: Wagyu Katsu Sando, Bone Marrow Fried Rice, and the White Miso Soufflé (save room for dessert!).
