3.0a month agoThe 700g Porterhouse was half overcooked and half medium rare and the waitress said that’s normal, tasted ok, beef brisket was too sour so not a fan, chips were nice, coffee was nice, cauliflowers were tough and the bread as well so hard to cut. The cookie dough was nice but the peanut and chocolate tart didn’t taste much. Overall won’t be back.

We enjoyed a lively early evening with great steak, expertly cooked with a smoky char and juicy tenderness. The cocktails were creative and well-balanced, complementing the rich flavors of the food. The atmosphere was buzzing, with an open kitchen adding a sense of theater. Service was attentive. Overall, Temper is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy quality meats in a fun, energetic setting.

4.07 months agoWe ordered the 700g porterhouse steak to share amongst 3, have to admit it seemed a little small (by Australian standards 😆). Think I could have eaten it by myself 🤭 but it was done very well. They didn't have quite a few cuts of meat disappointingly on the day we visited Service was great, all the wait staff were attentive (aside from missing some of our dessert orders) Nice place to meet up, sit and chat with friends (we stayed until closing time) it was a very comfortable environment.
