Sussex is an elegant expression of the Local & Wild concept. With several London-based restaurants, Local & Wild celebrate the English countryside with their unique menus that feature British produce sourced from local farmers.

Sussex serve signature dishes alongside a dynamic wine list. With a clean and elegant dining room aesthetic, Sussex has signature accents of a beloved country-style panache. A butchers table overlooks the dining room, providing a theatrical hospitality area where the team carve wellingtons, decant beautiful wines and display a British cheese board.

The Sunday Lunch menu features sustainably sourced produce from their bio-dynamic farms in West Sussex, with options such as rolled Dorset leg of lamb, or Sussex beef fillet wellington. All the roasts are served with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal Sussex vegetables.

Located in the heart of Soho, Sussex is just a short walk from Tottenham Court Road.

Exceptional, we had a really great time, I was expecting the restaurant to be a very proper and traditional set up, when it turned out to be anything but, in a very heart warming way. We were welcomed by Tom, who was very very kind and welcoming, took his time to explained everything very clearly, as if we were his close friends, which make everything very relaxing. We had the beef wellington which was REALLY REALLY well prepared, we were also VERY impressed by the starters, if I remember correctly were the trout eclair, lamb croquet and cured salmon and the hummus (dont remember from what bean), to put it simply, we were blown away !! And the reservation was not at all complicated, smooth and easy. Cannot think of anymore superlatives to describe the restaurant, would certainly become a regular if I live in London.

my kids and I truly enjoyed the Beef Wellington. it takes exactly 45min to arrive but it's well worth the wait! booked to perfection, crunchy skin outside with a layer of chopped mushroom, and then a tenderly cooked steaks. we also enjoy the art pieces decorating the restaurant.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Manager Tom was warm, welcoming, and attentive, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. Chef Antonio's creations were truly the best I’ve ever had – bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The prime rib, lemon sole, and octopus were each cooked to perfection – every dish was absolutely stunning. Service was flawless throughout. I can’t wait to return! (Oh the rum & raisin ice cream is spot on too!)
