A fun casual restaurant in the heart of the city. We had an early reservation and yet the whole restaurant was quickly filled. The cocktail was delicious with great sour and creamy balance. Our waitress was friendly and attentive without being over bearing. She ensured we understood the menu and gave some good recommendations. We ate guacamole with chips, ceviche, soft shell crab taco, pork belly taco and cactus and hibiscus quesadilla. Everything was exquisite and close to traditional Mexican food. It was my first time trying cactus and hibiscus in a meal and I loved it. The pork was melt in your mouth and the guacamole was fresh. The only real let down was the tres leches which was very hard and dense. It felt like it was kept in the fridge too long and not allowed to come to room temp, but also it hadnt soaked up the creamy sauce, so this was not a true reflection of the actual dessert. However I would still return.

I had been craving good chilaquiles ever since a vacation in CDMX. When I saw this small cafe had chilaquiles and good reviews, I jumped for it. Pretty good decision, honestly. The chilaquiles were good, and the tacos among the better ones I have had in London. They were nice enough to accept half portion orders so I could try more dishes. The house margherita is also pretty decent. I'll check out their Marylebone and London Bridge restaurants with a bigger group

Excellent authentic Mexican in Shoreditch! We were able to get a table on a busy Saturday night and were so glad we did. The service was friendly, the food and drinks were amazing! Highly recommend
