It’s the sister restaurant of Ducksoup in Soho and Little Duck in Dalston, so their culinary credentials are certified. Head down to their London Fields eatery and be wowed by a natural wine list, decadent Brunch banquets and simple, seasonal cooking.
Kick things off with a fresh breakfast cocktail like a Kimchi Mary or Xxpresso Martini. Light bites range from Westcombe cheddar on toast & lime pickle, to granola, ‘Beirut’ flat bread with pistachio dukkah and honey and a smoked mackerel on rye with miso butter.
Egg dishes traverse the globe to bring international flavours to our favourite Brunch ingredient: journey to Italy with a Tuscan sausage ragu and spinach with sunny fried eggs; go Middle Eastern with Lebanese baked eggs, fried chickpeas and tahini or dip into India with Tarka dahl, poached egg and charred naan. Heartier dishes are available from 12pm onwards, including buttermilk fried chicken, braised aubergines with ricotta and mint and a chargrilled pork collar steak.
