The Brunch menu features a wide array of options, from healthy granola bowls to devilled mushrooms on sourdough or jalapeno cornbread. There are also plenty of juices and smoothies to complement the extensive menu.

In the evening, Notes dim the lights and serve a selection of craft beers, inventive cocktails and plenty of small plates and sharing boards to see you into the night.

Decided to try this spot as it’s conveniently located near King’s Cross. The outdoor seating is beautiful in the summer. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the food is very average. Ordered a granola bowl, which was okay, nothing too special. My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon but the bread was super hard and difficult to eat. Got a mango iced tea which was very average as well. Don’t really recommend for the price. There’s better places in London in the same price range.

Notes is a chain of cafes near St Pancras International and on the way to Coals Drop Yard. The venue is small, and seating is sparse. Some outdoor seating is available. The staff is hospitable. The place does get busy fast, and people can also reserve seats. The food is average and there are not enough dairy and gluten-free options available. The prices are above average with two teas and sandwiches coming up to £30. There is a rush for seating and with average food at high prices, it is not recommended to visit. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better cafe experience.

Spashiya gave us the best customer service. We got a cappuccino and oat latter with an almond croissant. She was bubbly explained the menu to us and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the awesome customer experience and perfect coffees.
