With a focus on English produce and healthy, natural food, Head Chef and founder Becky Davey, has steered her team into the hearts and bellies of Londoners.
At London Particular you’ll find simple food cooked well, “builder’s tea” on a tile so you have space for your teabag and warm, relaxed staff. You can find it along New Cross Road, Greenwich where it’s renowned for being one of the most purse-friendly options that never skimps on taste.
Everything made here is seasonal and they responsibly source high quality meats, fresh vegetables and fish, organic free-range eggs and handpicked English cheeses. A house favourite is the ‘bad vegetarian sandwich’ – bacon, halloumi, tomatoes and rocket on artisan bread (they have a ‘good veggie option too’ but the crème de la crème is he ‘Particular Brunch Bowl’. Merguez or Boston sausages are served with tomato, garlic roast mushrooms, spinach and artisan toasted bread with a halloumi version for herbivores.
With Chef wunderkind Tom Kerridge at the helm, it’s no surprise that London Particular is such a hit and it’s ideally located one minute away from New Cross Underground Station.
