LINO is located in the Square Mile behind Smithfield Market and serves a Bruncher's dream of Breakfast, Brunch and Sunday Lunch with a new approach to drinking and dining in the City.
Set in a converted linoleum and carpet warehouse in Square Mile, this trendy new spot has undergone a Scandi style makeover to feature re-imagined fittings, fixtures and materials across the venue as a nod to its innovative and eco-friendly attitudes.
Their low-waste ethos is reflected in the menu too, with the food changing seasonally and made in-house right down to the bread, charcuterie and cocktails.
Breakfast and Brunch favourites include buckwheat pancakes with vanilla mascarpone and poached citrus as well as steamed pollock. They also have a large pastry section including exciting use of leftover pastries to ensure they don't go to waste including croissant ice cream with brown butter, blood orange and coffee.
They also serve a Sunday Roast menu which includes roasted sirloin and slow cooked lamb alongside all the trimmings.
The clover-shaped tulipwood bar sits in the centre of the restaurant alongside antique brass fixtures and rustic green and pink furnishings to reflect a minimalist Finnish design with industrial flair.
