My son and I went to Hutong at the Shard while on Easter 🐣 City break. We had the Skyline Menu which means you get a window seat with Panoramic View of London City / River Thames etc. Nana was our waitresses, she was great. Skyline set menu food was lovely, you get 2 glasses of Champagne 🥂 with it , we swap 1 champagne for Mock-tail for my son. Relaxed atmosphere while having your lunch with lovely view. The manager Alex at Hutong is friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful experience at Hutong Shard. Highly recommend. 15% gratuity added to bill. Over all, amazing to be having your dinner high above London city / River Thames. Gillian that book our reservation n the phone was friendly and helpful. Toilets very clean. Lovely decor In restaurant / bar and through out.

Came here and had epic lunch Pricey, but worth it given the gorgeous view, lip smacking grub and good service. The restaurant does their best to set you up with a table by the window which makes for a really pleasant, bright dining experience with a view of ol' London town. Set menus offer a ton of variety and won't leave you disappointed. The Peking duck is sliced up in front of you and was banging. Recommend the beef tenderloin and the lobster dumplings.

This was our second time here. Previously we went for lunch a couple of years ago and the food was great. This time, however, the dinner experience was a bit different. The overall ambience was too dark and as the sun faded out of prominence, we could see people having to use their phone flashlights to read the menu - so did we ! But - while it was too dark to read the menu, it was bright enough to make it pleasant overall I think. The food was really good but for the price, you’d expect it to be outstanding. Make no mistake, the food wasn’t bad, it just didn’t blow us away! The service, however, was exceptional! Francesco, our server, was amazing and ever present. There were other members of the staff who kept checking in every so often. Overall, I’d give 6 stars if I could for the service.
