Nestled along Spital Square, Galvin HOP is a recent venture from the team behind Galvin Restaurants, whose collection of French fine-dining spots have been wowing critics and diners alike – their new take on Weekend Brunch and Sunday Lunch looks set to continue this trend.
Brunch is kept simple but infinitely satisfying with dishes including Eggs Benedict, a hearty Full English and buttermilk pancakes with berries & Chantilly.
Every Saturday and Sunday until 30th September Galvin HOP are offering an indulgent Bottomless Brunch. Enjoy three courses & bottomless Prosecco for £39 per person or three courses & bottomless Champagne for £69 per person. Bottomless will last for up to 1.5 hours for tables of 8 people maximum. An optional service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill.
Begin with a traditional Eggs Benedict or light starters of heritage tomatoes with burrata and a sea bream ceviche infused with lime and chilli. To follow, the suckling pig belly is a rich, hearty choice, with other dishes rangng from beef short rib on polenta to a Japanese-inspired miso-galzed aubergine with pak choi.
Desserts include French Toast with espresso Chantilly, panna cotta with fresh raspberries and a gooey Valrhona chocolate mousse, served with cherry soup, toasted almonds and pistachio.
