Welcome to Florattica, a hidden oasis high above the fast-paced city in The Minories, East London. Unearth a rooftop bar inspired by East London’s textile industry and the local 17th century French Huguenots’ silk woven floral patterns.
A play on the words ‘flower’ and ‘attic’, where the cocktail menu is inspired by the bespoke floral patterns that adorn the interiors. The menu was designed by Head Mixologist, Eleonora, whose cocktail list is written in the language of flowers. Drink in unparalleled views of London with a lavender-infused Margarita or Negroni featuring the sweet tang of black garlic.
Enjoy a weekend Brunch with the option to add free-flowing Prosecco or Champagne. Choose from the chicken gyoza with teriyaki sauce or why not try the beetroot hummus and grissini, followed by smoked salmon eggs Royale, hollandaise and piment d’espelette. Top it off with Belgium waffles, Chantilly cream, berries, and maple syrup… Mmmm.
Florattica can be found on the 11th floor of Canopy by Hilton London City – entrance from the street is to the left of the hotel main entrance. Located near Liverpool Street, Shoreditch and Whitechapel, Florattica is just a stone's throw from Aldgate and Aldgate East.
