Flesh & Buns lives up to its name - fluffy steamed bao buns in an authentic Japanese eatery.

Oxford Circus was the birthplace of the bountiful London Sunday brunch. Flesh & Buns are here to show you a great time, so they’ll keep your glass full of free flowing booze for two hours alongside a mouthwatering menu of small plates, flesh and buns – all rounded off with something sweet. Perfect for large groups and cosy pairs.

The 3 course Sunday Brunch at Flesh & Buns has already become something of an institution. A cocktail on arrival is followed by a plethora of small dishes, with choices ranging from Korean fried wings and chicken yakitori, or a mixed sashimi set and softshell crab, depending on which menu you choose.

The titular Flesh and Buns serve as the main course- fluffy bao buns served with the likes of a crispy piglet belly with mustard miso.

Served every Sunday from 12pm-4pm for up to 8 people. Small sharing plates served to the table, one flesh per person and desserts served to the table. Please note that the entire table must choose the same menu. Free flowing prosecco, red wine, white wine.

This is a must visit , perfect for all occasions , business social celebrations or just a quiet meal for one . The food was fresh , presentation was executed perfectly. The staff were able to explain the dishes. Service with a smile effortlessly and efficient , timings of all dishes served perfectly. The wine selection was vast great choices to complement the food. Atmosphere was pleasant not too overcrowded. Open planned restaurant so you get to see behind the scenes with the Chef’s at work . So enjoyable. Thank you .

Across the board, outstanding. We dropped in on a Monday afternoon, and the place was refreshingly quiet and peaceful, compared to the bustle outside. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly, and picked up on the fact that the music near our table was too loud and turned it down a little for us. I love small attentions to detail like that. The food itself was incredible, some of the best we've had during our various visits to London over our week there. We ordered the combination meat platter, and each meat was cooked to perfection, accompanied with an array of incredible sauces. Their private dining rooms also looked really great. Makes me want to come back with a group. Also really loved the ceiling plants (not real, but the overall effect was really good).

Amazing food and cocktails! Would recommend the salmon and the chicken flesh and buns. Very friendly staff, we were greeted by Sara who was great! Cocktails and sake were very nice as well.
