Weekday breakfast ranges from eggs your way, porridge, scrambled eggs with crab and roe and a smorrebrod of house rye bread which can be topped up with curried herring and apple, salmon and avocado and many more.
Brunch ups the decadence with a variety of sweets and savouries. A staple Swedish combination of bacon, lingonberries and ‘Raggmunk’, a potato pancake, is a good place to start, along with beef ‘Rydberg (cubed aged sirloin with potatoes and onions) in a mustard sauce. Finish with a rhubarb tart or traditional sticky chocolate cake and pistachio praline.
