Experimental fusion dishes are the order of the day at Dokke, which blends the best of international flavours into mouth-watering Brunch specialties.
A fairly recent venture, Dokke has already developed into a Southwark institution, helped by the eclectic open-plan interior, which blurs boundaries between the kitchen, dining room and lounge. Watch the expert chefs craft the food or cur up on a comfy retro armchair.
A variety of cuisines are championed for their Brunch, running from Scandi-inspired dishes such as ‘Aebleskiver’ Danish-style pancake balls, served with mocha iced granita, banana and Nutella to Japanese classics like Okonomyaki, which are filled with cabbage, furikake, egg and bonito plus your choice of octopus, bacon or prawn. Other dishes include mussels with sourdough, cloud egg with crispy kale, avocado and chorizo or a charcoal waffle topped with buttermilk chicken, kimchi egg and watermelon.
Its location along St Katherine Docks not only provides a beautiful backdrop with which to enjoy your meal, but it’s also just a short walk away from Tower Hill Underground Station.
