From the art deco entrance to the silk drapes and glittering chandeliers, every square inch of CUT at 45 harks back to 50’s Hollywood glamour.
Debutantes and socialites have been regulars here since its inception and there’s more than a hint of the debonair to the surroundings. It’s unsurprising considering chef extraordinaire Wolfgang Puck holds the reins, having exported the restaurant from its original home in Beverly Hills to the starry sights of Mayfair. American influences can be felt throughout the gorgeous décor through to the elegant yet substantial food and down to the warm, welcoming hospitality.
At breakfast you can enjoy a Continental spread for just £28, ‘ or go the whole hog with their execution of the English Breakfast for £36, where you can enjoy all the works. The A La Carte options champion is split between Healthy, Eggs and Treat which cater for the pallet of every kind of Bruncher. Enjoy avocado toast, a perfectly made omelette or hearty American classics such as buttermilk pancakes and a salf beef hash cake.
Cut at 45 Park Lane also offer a Sunday Brunch, when you can enjoy a decadent banquet of goods. This wonderful menu encapsulates the decadent spirit of Brunch with items including the Dorset Crab & Lobster Louis, avocado toast and the perfectly made wagyu beef burger that CUT has become so renowned for.
