    What a lovely place! I give it 10/10 for everything, starting from a unique setting and a chilled atmosphere, through exquisite food and super friendly, helpful staff! The whole experience of dining was made so enjoyable and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s needs! I would highly recommend Barge East! We will be frequent guests there for sure!

    This was an unusual.venue. The gardens and upper decks were heaving on a warmish Saturday evening. The main restaurant area wasn't so busy but good in that we were able to have a table for 4 for the 2 of us and we could hear each other talk. We really enjoyed the oyster and the croquettes and the pork t bone was better than.the monkfish which looked nicer than it tasted. (Personal opinion). Probably not worth having the salad leaves side but the potato gallete was great. Overall, pretty good all washed down with a bottle of rose. £114 for 2

    I’ll be honest a pretty good roast dinner, not really worth the premium they’re charging when there’s nothing particularly special about it. Strange apple sauce and a roast dinner chucked onto a plate with a drizzle of gravy shouldn’t cost £27. I was excited to come and try one of there more expensive options they usually offer on the specials however this experience has sadly changed my mind.
