4.02 weeks agoAs a lover of pistachio, the ads for the pistachio Tiramisu is what got me interested in visiting the restaurant. It was a Sunday evening so not too busy. Service was really good. Ambiance is good as well. Nice interior decor for pictures. There's a wide selection of wines and cocktails with some non alcoholic variants. For food , I went with the burrata and calamari starters. The calamari was just okay and on the small side but this was ordered from the bar menu so understandable. Decently fried and not oily which is a plus. The burrata is probably the best I've seen for presentation. Tastes good as well as you can tell that they used nice ingredients. For the main, I decided to go for the crab meat pasta which again was just okay. For the price, I was expecting a bit more flavour. Finally, the dessert, the famous tiramisu. I liked how it tasted but I think the presentation was a big letdown. I think they need to work on this as that is a big part of the dining experience. In summary, some may find it a bit pricey but remember that it is Chelsea. I would definitely go back for drinks at the bar and some nibbles

5.02 months agoWe went here for our 7th anniversary. We are so greatful for the immaculate service provided by “Peter” , thank you Peter and Azzurra team. I’ve never had such an immaculate service provided by any other restaurant and I’ve been to many many restaurants. The food was super amazing. The desserts were absolutely delicious. The cocktails and mock tails were 10/10. The atmosphere was so relaxing there. There was good gap between the tables and we could simply relax and enjoy our time and not rushed like other restaurants. Words are not enough to describe how good this restaurant is. I URGE EVERYONE TO TRY THIS RESTAURANT.

4.06 months agoThe atmosphere at the restaurant was truly beautiful, creating a lovely setting for what was supposed to be a special evening. The food was very good—my husband and I had a couple of starters, and the truffle pizza and oysters was simply amazing. However, the service left much to be desired. I had booked the dinner for my husband's birthday, which was on that very day. I prepaid for champagne and even uploaded a picture for recognition, but unfortunately, that special touch never happened. The champagne, which was supposed to be a welcome drink, arrived 10-15 minutes after we were seated, during which time we hadn't been served at all. I didn't want to mention the champagne to my husband, so we ordered other drinks that, strangely enough, only arrived toward the end of our dinner. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all—there were only about 5-6 tables occupied—so the delay in service felt even more disappointing. Although the lady serving us was lovely, the overall service was disorganized. While the food was excellent, we didn’t get any dessert as we were already full, but what really dampened the experience was the lack of any effort to acknowledge the birthday. Something as simple as a "Happy Birthday" message on the plate would have been a nice gesture, especially given the occasion. In summary, while the food and atmosphere were outstanding, the service, especially on such a special day, was quite a letdown.
