A contemporary bar and restaurant located in the popular tourist enclave of Albert Dock.

Tucked along the Grade I listed Britannia Pavilion, within spitting distance of the River Mersey, lies Panam, one of Liverpool’s buzziest bars.

Served from 12pm - 8pm, Panam's bottomless Brunch features a variety of dishes such as a Panam burger or Thai green curry (with vegan and gluten-free alternatives available) or an 8oz rump steak served with seasoned fries.

The Sunday Lunch menu features a range of classic roast options including chicken, beef and pork served with all the trimmings. Follow up a lovely meal with a walk around Albert Dock, as Panam is just a stone’s throw from the huge stunning sailing boats lined up along the marina.

Had lunch here on a day trip to Liverpool to visit the Exhibition Centre. Conveniently close to museums and to Liverpool's iconic waterfront, it's a large and spacious restaurant on two levels, with a lovely view of the marina from its outside tables and window seats. Formerly a warehouse, it still has the original stone floor and exposed brick walls, but the decor is attractive and modern with comfy leather seating, cosy booths and palms. There's a large and well stocked bar, and a good choice of beers, lagers and cocktails. The waitress who served me was courteous and friendly, and I did not have to wait long for my meal despite the restaurant being very busy. The menu offered a tempting variety of both international and classic British starters and mains. I decided to try the scouse. It turned out to be a hearty and delicious stew comprising tender chunks of beef, potatoes, carrots, and onions, served with two pieces of crusty bread and a small pot of pickled cabbage. Piping hot, filling, nicely seasoned, and accompanied by a good Merlot. Could not resist the PANAM trifle for afters - a delicious treat! The meal was not cheap - only to be expected given the location - but it was very satisfying and well worth it. Great convivial atmosphere too. Would come here again.

Stumbled across this really lovely place during our Liverpool stay. I am a sucker for reading reviews before visiting a restaurant, but on a tiresome day decided to be spontaneous! Panam straight away- struck by the lovely decor and atmosphere. What a beautiful Place for a meal. We were placed into a booth, which felt so private and hidden, it was great! Service was great, friendly staff who served us promptly. Menu looked great, really nice variety. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Really good portion size. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend. We visited on a Saturday night- 5-6pm ish. Not too busy.

We stumbled into Panam absolutely exhausted after a full day of exploring the beautiful sights of Liverpool — tired, hungry, and thirsty. And wow, did this place deliver exactly what we needed! The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location, right by the water and close to the Tate, is just stunning. What a treat! Thank you so much — it was delicious! 😊
