The husband-and-wife team behind Wilson Street Pantry first opened doors back in 2014 and have been garnering praise for their Brunch-heavy offerings ever since.
It’s in the heart of Merchant City and features lovely floor-to-ceiling windows so you can people watch while you dine. They make the best of Glasgow’s local suppliers, with coffee from their friends at Papercup.
The menu changes seasonally, though house favourites include Eggs Benedict, smoked salmon bagels and hearty salads packed with nutrition and colour. Other dishes have included a corn salsa and chorizo flatbread topped with poached eggs or a Mediterranean-inspired spinach and basil hummus on toast served with harissa dressing.
It's ideally wedged between High Street and Argyle Street Stations, both under a five-minute walk away.
