Breakfast is served all day at WILLIAM Café – no need to drag yourself out of bed early and rush out, though with the delicious food here you’ll be chomping at the bit regardless.
WILLIAM are reliant on local suppliers, from Nith Valley free-range eggs, to fresh milk from family farms, they prefer to keep it sustainable and supportive of the local community.
There are a range of dishes on offer here, from light bites such as avocado and roasted peppers on toast, porridge served with fresh fruit and syrup and blueberry and chia seed pancakes, to heartier breakfast bowls, a Full Scottish and a ‘fish bowl’, which comes wit poached eggs, mushrooms and oak-smoked haddock with truffle Hollandaise.
