Me and my best friend came here today after school and it was a wonderful experience. We both got kids Sundays and roasts which were delicious and so cheap. Claire and Charlotte were lovely and we will definitely be coming here again.

I thought everything was very tasty, but it was also all very beige! The only things (other than the meat and gravy obviously) too add colour to the plate at all were carrots and peas. I will say though, that all 3 varieties of potato on offer all tasted great! Very busy (it was a Sunday after all), and even with a booking expect to be stood out the door in a queue for some amount of time!

I hope people don’t think I’m being unkind . Toby carvery provides a fantastic service in that it provides not to pricey meals. However, for the price they charge is impossible to produce really amazing quality and because I know a little bit about good quality food my mother having been a chef I know that it’s pretty basic. When it comes to the carvery itself, the meat is good. The accompanying items are, basic what do you expect for such a decent price?
