Since it’s inception in 2010, Milk has been catering for Edinburgh’s Brunch needs with nutritious, comforting food.

Veggies and vegans can be rest assured they’ll get good grub: try the mushroom and rosemary burrito with comte or a baked onion bhaji, Sri Lankan aubergine chutney and dairy-free yoghurt on flatbread. For meat lovers, the pastrami and curtido (fermented cabbage – nicer than it sounds) toastie is unbeatable.

Just cross the road to catch a train from Edinburgh Waverley Station.
