Cucina is a vibrant and contemporary restaurant. Designed by Scottish duo, Timorous Beasties, all colours of the rainbow can be found in every corner from the pillows to the pillars, whilst the menu takes a different route by infusing old style dishes with a modern twist so that guests can sample the unique creations on their favourite classic dishes. On their Sparkling  Brunch Menu, guests can enjoy a three course unlimited Prosecco and coffee experience with breakfast classics such as eggs Benedict and a Scottish full amongst the more unusual Brunch choices of gnocchi and haddock fishcakes. There is also the more traditional Sunday Roast option on Sundays with a choice of beef or chicken which can be finished with delicious dessert options such as chocolate pave or banana waffles.
