The legendary Weekend Brunch at Dillinger’s is one of Dublin’s worst kept secrets.
They serve Brunch with a twist with dishes like French toast crumpets topped with crispy bacon and maple syrup, Eggs Benedict by way of Mexico with chorizo, avocado and a habanero hollandaise and smoked salmon hash browns with spring onion and poached eggs.
Other favourites include a nourishing but filling superfood bowl, packed full of black quinoa, Cajun cauliflower, beetroot hummus and seeds, along with hearty fare like Huevos Rancheros, shakshuka and feta & sweetcorn fritters with a saffron yoghurt.
