Great friendly & helpful staff. It is also a dog friendly hotel. So I bought my little Maltese along, she was happy! The hotel has nice garden views and is very clean. I had a spacious superior suite, & the hotel was close to the train station, just a 10 min taxi ride. Shopping centre was close. There is so much potential for the outdoor areas of this hotel too… e.g more lighting, reclining chairs, water feature and swimming pool and Spa would make it perfect. I enjoyed my stay, there is a restaurant & bar in the hotel too, great for relaxation.

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish! The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. From the smooth check-in to the helpful guidance throughout my visit, everything was handled with professionalism and a personal touch. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail was impressive. It's rare to experience this level of hospitality—highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly first-class hotel experience!

I recently stayed at The Mercure Bristol North Grange Hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, if you like to be out of the way. The food was good, with a decent menu, although with limited options. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. However, the hotel itself felt very tired and in need of some updates. I noticed that many of the radiators were cranked up to full blast, even with the windows wide open, which seemed contradictory to their green claims. It was very uncomfortable in the first room allocated as the radiator was not able to be switched off and I had to be moved. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the good food and staff made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend it for its location and dining, but I wouldn't stay again until some renovations had been undertaken.
