Fresh, seasonal, local: these are the buzzwords at Mange Tout, one of Brighton’s best-loved eateries since 2009.
There’s a rustic, homely feel to Mange Tout, with potted plants, quirky artwork and multi-coloured cushions adorning the back wall.
The French-inspired menu is sure to satisfy any diet. Try a ‘croissant au jambon’, packed with ham, gooey Emmental cheese and béchamel in a perfectly flaky croissant bun.
Veggie options at Mange Tout are a delight: ‘pain perdu’ is cinnamon French toast bread, fruit compote, ice cream and honey and is packed fully of sticky-sweet flavour or get a classic veggie breakfast with halloumi and an organic tartine. All their juices are freshly prepared in-house, so be sure to try an elderberry kefir (a milk-based drink lauded by Middle Easterns for its high nutritional value) or a just-squeezed orange juice for your daily dose of Vitamin C.
Mange Tout is ideally located mere minutes away from Brighton Rail Station, just further along Trafalgar Street.
