Tucked inside Hilton Bournemouth, Schpoons and Forx take a fun and celebratory approach to Brunch and Sunday Lunch.
Food is sourced locally, with seafood making its way in from Weymouth harbour and other produce from Stokes Marsh Farm, all of which drives a seasonally-minded menu with only the highest quality ingredients.
Bottomless Brunch is just £29.95 and includes 1 hour of Bottomless Prosecco, 1 main plate and 1 ‘naughty plate’.
Main plates include Brunch classics like American pancakes with maple & bacon, smash avocado and poached eggs on sourdough and a Middle Eastern-inspired ‘shakshuka’. Heartier options range from a house burger topped with crispy onions, bacon jam and a Bloody Mary salsa or a grown-up version of a fish sarnie which comes tartare sauce and skinny fries. Follow this up with a naughty plate like toffee and pear pudding or a gooey doughnut filled with dark chocolate, Nutella and salted caramel mousse.
Sundays call for a roast of gargantuan proportions, so why not join in with a ‘Host the Roast’ event - £20 for adults, £10 for kids – designed to be shared by the whole table. No need to choose between meats, as you can enjoy the whole board: roast beef rib, roasted chicken, rack of pork and sage & onion stuffing filled onions, plus all the trimmings and proper gravy.
These are followed up with a quintessentially British apple and butterscotch crumble with ice cream, pouring cream and vanilla custard.
