Inconsistencies with the meat made are the experience less enjoyable but the staff were so friendly and attentive that it made it worthwhile. Turkey didn't look appealing, picture doesn't do it justice because it looked slimy and the beef was really dried out. Disappointed that the passion fruit martini is out of a can but the rest of the side dishes were good. The building needs some maintenance because the window trimmings and wood trim is rotten and falling off. Didn't take pictures of the trim because people were sitting next to the windows.

We went as members of a large party that had pre booked. We went to a private room and were seated. We ordered starters which came promptly. We were then left for sometime until staff came to take away the empties. We were then informed that they had " no gammon, very little beef, just turkey". We made Our way to the counter to find that there were about two portions of beef and a quarter of a turkey left. My wife and I managed to get turkey but those behind us were not so lucky. A lot of people had to be content with just veg and Yorkshire pudding. The food itself was excellent, one of the best I've had. It's just a shame so many were denied the chance to fully enjoy it. After asking to speak to the manager, we were offered a substantial discount which we accepted gratefully. How a carvery of all things can run out of meat can run out of meat is beyond me.

Love dining here, especially the carvery. Wide choice of meats & an abundance of freshly cooked vegetables. Very tasty, especially when Elena is working. She's always very welcoming too. Great atmosphere in the restaurant generally, with friendly staff, but best to book in advance as it can get extremely busy at times. Large car park, but have to type in reg number on arrival to avoid a parking fine. I have the mobile app & there are always fab deals available, so looking forward to my next visit.
