Pub grub just got an upgrade at The Plough Harborne. Serving infamous Sunday Roasts along with good food, wine and coffee.

Visiting The Plough is a must if you are in Harborne. It has earned itself quite a reputation, from mentions on the Independent’s 50 Best Coffee Shops 2013 list to The Times’s Best 25 Places to Have a Sunday Lunch 2014.

Good food is their priority, and this is reflected in the customer loyalty in the local area. The Sunday Roast is incredibly popular and well worth the wait- crispy roast potatoes, huge Yorkshire puddings and tender meat are all fresh and locally sourced.

But the Brunch is not to be ignored either. Brunch ranges from classic fare such as pastries, smoked salmon with avocado and poached egg on sourdough toast to the likes of slow-cooked beef brisket with poached egg and chimichurri sauce on an English muffin. Lunch options include calzones, Cubanos, burgers…the list goes on.

The Plough boasts an incredibly atmospheric beer garden, thanks to the colourful street art and fairy lights strewn overhead. The beer garden is a regular host to pop up food stalls and DJs. Meanwhile, the inside is cosy, filled with kitsch décor and a buzzing atmosphere.
