At Hotel du Vin, it’s always a food celebration in a very relaxed and easy-going setting. Now sit back, relax and enjoy a glorious Sunday Lunch your own pace. Divine.

Sunday Lunch always has an air of something special about it – whether it’s a family get-together, special celebration or simply an excuse to spoil yourself.

A British institution. Meats were traditionally roasted in front of a fire on a Sunday, dating back to the reign of King Henry VII. Since the 15th century, the royal bodyguards have been known as ‘Beefeaters’ because of their love of eating roast beef. In the 18th century the French started calling Englishmen ‘rosbifs’.

Therefore it is only fitting that ‘rosbif ’ is the centrepiece of Hotel du Vin's perfect Sunday lunch. Choose from Roast Sirloin of Beef or Roast Chicken & Stuffing, served with all the trimmings, including proper Yorkshires.

Hotel du Vin Birmingham also serves Breakfast daily, offering a range of Breakfast classics from freshly baked pastries to Oak Smoked Salmon with scrambled eggs to sweet or savoury French Toast, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

Hotel du Vin Birmingham is housed in a landmark Victorian building, built in 1884 as an eye hospital. Situated in the Jewellery Quarter, Hotel du Vin Birmingham is at the heart of the city centre.

Took family for lunch here in the bistro. They are returning to stay the night soon during their trip to Birmingham as the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Food and beverages were of excellent quality at a very reasonable price. Service is friendly and welcoming throughout with a personal touch! Excellent selection of wines and staff are knowledgeable regarding pairings. Would recommend!

Just an overnight stay, but would definitely go back again. Both the rooms I booked were fantastic, and made the trip that little bit special. Everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome and we'd recommend the breakfasts too. Really good value, a little bit different and a great location with parking at Snow Hill for £20pd very convenient.
