Sunday Lunch always has an air of something special about it – whether it’s a family get-together, special celebration or simply an excuse to spoil yourself.

A British institution. Meats were traditionally roasted in front of a fire on a Sunday, dating back to the reign of King Henry VII. Since the 15th century, the royal bodyguards have been known as ‘Beefeaters’ because of their love of eating roast beef. In the 18th century the French started calling Englishmen ‘rosbifs’.

Therefore it is only fitting that ‘rosbif ’ is the centrepiece of Hotel du Vin's perfect Sunday lunch. Choose from Roast Sirloin of Beef or Roast Chicken & Stuffing, served with all the trimmings, including proper Yorkshires.

Hotel du Vin Brighton also serves Breakfast daily, offering a range of Breakfast classics from freshly baked pastries to Oak Smoked Salmon with scrambled eggs to sweet or savoury French Toast, there is something for everyone to enjoy!

    Fantastic overnight stay with the full ‘Taste du Vin’ dining experience. Exceptional service from Omar and Gigi on reception and Ben in the restaurant who brought our 5 course tasting menu with paired wines to life. Thanks folks, we will be back.

    Been here a couple of times now for our works Christmas party and it was amazing. The staff were lovely, really helpful and the food was amazing! I've stayed over in one of the suites on a separate occasion and the room was just perfect - it is pricey but you defo get what you pay for. Always have a wonderful time here

    What a gorgeous hotel. The building is beautiful and the rooms are outstanding. What makes a great hotel is the staff, and Stafanie is a little treasure. From her warm and welcoming greeting, to a fond farewell, she really exemplifies the standards I've come to expect from Hotel Du Vin.
