Amazing Stay at Malmaison Birmingham! I recently stayed at Malmaison Birmingham for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional they really set the tone for a great stay. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. I was also impressed with the breakfast a fantastic spread with delicious options that really exceeded expectations. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Birmingham, making it super convenient to get around and explore the city. Everything was easy to find and navigate. The only small suggestion I’d make is that I would have appreciated being told about the spa services at check-in. I only found out about them through the in room leaflet, and it would’ve been great to know earlier to plan ahead. Overall, an amazing stay and I’d happily return. Highly recommended!

We did an overnighter to attend a meeting in the city centre. Check in and out was straightforward, the staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of choice for breakfast, we had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Delicious and presented very nicely. Coffee was good too. The dining room staff were friendly, on the ball and helpful. All in all a very good stay.

Always get a really comfy bed at Malmaison and a warm welcome into the bargain. Room well equipped and spotlessly clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Ate in the brasserie and the steak was spot on. Service excellent at Reception and in the restaurant with very attentive staff. The only slight issue was the curtain track over one of my windows was too short, leaving a gap through which the bright lights of Birmingham shone the whole night long. Ah well.
