    Avoid this place at all costs. Blatantly lied to and treated like garbage by the rude bouncers at the door. My partner and I were told we’d “already had too much”—complete nonsense, as we hadn’t had a single drink all day. We were calm, well-dressed and polite. When we asked for a reason, we were met with hostility and zero professionalism. Management later backed this up with an embarrassing “staff discretion” copy-pasted excuse, ignoring the fact that the refusal was based on false claims. This place has gone downhill—empty on a Saturday night, and now it’s clear why. Rude, discriminatory, and run by people who don’t care how their customers are treated. Never again. Steer clear.

    Could not find fault with this hotel except for one small issue with the bar a whisky and came came as a whisky in a large glass full to the brim with water. Other than that our visit was excellent fabulous location a minutes walk from Botanic station and nice 15 minute walk into the city centre. Kate in particular on reception was extremely helpful when I arrived early for check on and looked after my bag while I wandered into town for lunch

    Having left the hotel this morning I found the staff welcoming, friendly and versatile. The hotel is Central to Belfast, with access to this beautiful City easy. I will add the breakfasts were delicious. All Service was always served with a genuine smile. A great Tanxxx to all the Staff. X
